Also available are a wide range of ales brewed in small batches at the Isle of Harris Brewery in Borrisdale. Wines and cocktails are easy to find, with shops near Òran na Mara well stocked!

Innovative new breweries are emerging in the Hebrides, and nowhere is that better illustrated than at the Harris Distillery. Nestling on the shore of East Loch Tarbert, the distillery produces some of the finest whiskey in the Hebrides, in the shape of their popular Hearaich single malt.
If you’re a lover of fine spirits, this is a wonderful place to visit for a tasting, a tour and to pick up a bottle or two to take away.
